2.3 Prohibited WhatsApp Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Sending unsolicited messages or spam
- Using WhatsApp for cold outreach or lead generation
- Purchasing or using third-party contact lists
- Impersonating other businesses or individuals
- Sharing false or misleading business information
- Using automated scripts to scrape WhatsApp data
